Teamsters Joint Council 42 is the parent body to 22 Teamster Local Unions located and representing members in Southern California, Southern Nevada, Guam, Saipan, and Hawaii. Some 200,000 working Teamsters and retirees are affiliated with the JC 42 family. Greetings, It is my honor to serve the members and Local Unions of Joint Council 42 as President. Joint Council 42 is the largest Council in the entire International Brotherhood of Teamsters. In addition to being the largest, we feel that we lead the way in service, programs and results. If working people feel the need to begin enjoying the advantages of a Teamsters Union contract on the job, then this is the place to start. Teamsters Joint Council 42 president Randy Cammack has been elected a vice president of the California State federation of Labor, AFL-CIO. The "State Fed" represents the interests of Union members totaling 1.6 million.
